Triathlon Athlete, Former Rosie O'Donnell Chub Club Coach, and Author.
Judy is a 1989 graduate of Clemson University with a B.A. in Political Science. She has competed in over 18 Triathalons, 4 ½ Ironman competitions and the infamous Alcatraz Escape. She exercises regularly and eats healthy. That in itself is very impressive What makes Judy's story remarkable is the fact that in 1996, she could not walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath. Judy's story of her journey to living fit and healthy is an inspiration to us all.
